B2B cold calling: how it works and what to expect in week one

Cold calls are conversations with businesses that don't know you yet. Good cold calls end in a meeting, not a long chat. Here's how we work.

Cold calls are calls to businesses that haven't been in touch with you yet. Our job is to find the decision maker, learn what they need and agree the next step: a meeting or an offer.

From a list to a meeting

  1. Contact list. We start from a cold list or from the contacts you already have.
  2. Decision maker. We find the person who decides, not just the front desk.
  3. A scripted call. We agree the script together, and our salespeople adapt it to each call.
  4. Next step. A meeting, an offer or a call-back at an agreed time.

Every step goes into your CRM.

Who makes the calls

Salespeople, not operators: everyone on the team sells every day. Native speakers call in Latvian, English and Russian; other languages by arrangement.

What to expect in week one

We start with a test week for €790 excl. VAT. For five working days our salespeople call with your offer, and you get:

  • a call script and a list of decision makers;
  • call recordings, data in your CRM and a report.

A live dashboard and the recordings show how it's going, so you don't wait for a monthly report.

After the test week

We meet for a strategy session, review the recordings and conversion, and agree a monthly goal. A monthly engagement starts from about €1,900/month.
